New Kent’s commercial and industrial properties and buildings are concentrated around and near its four I-64 interchanges.
There are two areas which have several large acreage sites already zoned for industrial development. These are along the Rt. 33 Industrial Corridor near I-64 Exit 220 and along Route 106 at I-64 Exit 211.
Commercial properties ranging in size from less than an acre to several hundred acres and buildings of various sizes and configuration are available at or near all four I-64 Exits 205, 211, 214 and 220. Also, at I-64 Exit 205, Norfolk and Southern Railway is adjacent to a large track of land that is zoned commercial.
Public utilities are available to all of these properties and buildings.
